Barkster is a local-first application. To ensure you never lose your data, open the dashboard and click "Setup Auto-Backup". Choose a folder on your computer (like OneDrive or Dropbox), and the extension will automatically keep a JSON backup file synced to that location.
Please ensure you are entering the active Subscription ID provided by Stripe (it typically starts with "sub_"). If your payment failed or your subscription was cancelled, the extension will automatically lock.
